Week 67 saw things settling down with Joseph...he wasn't 100% and had a few mood swings during the day and night. He was even off his bottle for a couple of days which is the ultimate sign something is wrong. I put it down to a reaction to his immunisations from the week before and also, as I discovered on Saturday morning, three new teeth - his upper right molar and incisor and bottom left incisor. I think he's only got about five teeth to go before he's got a full set!

Somehow amongst Joseph's non-eating/non-drinking/poor sleeping he's had a bit of a growth spurt and he has started wearing some of his new winter clothes. Here is is in his Bonds tracksuit that Grandma Milly and Granddad BQ got him for his birthday. His mate James turned up at Bear Park wearing the same top!

On Friday night, Joseph discovered his tummy button and was having a great time uncovering and covering it up...accompanied by lots of oohs and aahs!

We got Joseph some gumboots so he could enjoy the wet leaves and really get amongst it at BP. Unfortunately he can hardly walk in them so he'll have to put in a bit of practice!

This afternoon, Joseph was helping Dan with some computing...he's a dab hand on the mouse!

Finally, another sign that Monkeypants is growing up, as from Monday 2 July, Joseph (and James and Cole) will start their transition to becoming Moreporks. They'll spend a bit of time each day with the big kids getting used to being in the main room. They'll still sleep in the Fantails nursery and spend time with them in the afternoons. It should take a couple of weeks and then he'll be a full-time Morepork!
